Why this training exists
I started Ingenuity Labs because I kept watching capable women sit out of AI. Women running businesses, managing teams, and holding everything together. The problem was never ability. The education out there was either too technical, too hyped, or built for someone else entirely.
So I built the entry point I wished existed: practical, honest, and grounded in real work. No jargon, no pressure, and no assumption that you should already know this stuff. You bring what you're working on, and we make AI useful for it.

In 90 minutes, we fixed what wasn't working, connected her existing client notes properly, and built her a simple system that turns her client call recordings into ready-to-send summaries in Notion, so she's not stuck manually writing up every meeting anymore or paying for a separate client management platform. She left the session saying she felt more technologically capable than when she'd sat down.

Our private sessions with Exploration Sites started with two team members who were experimenting with AI on their own and hitting confusing, inconsistent results. Session by session, working directly inside their real accounts on their real work, we found and fixed the actual causes: conflicting instructions, tools set up to apply automatically when they shouldn't, and a misunderstanding of what stays private to one person versus what's shared across a team. No. If you can write an email, you can do everything we cover. Every session is built for people who run businesses, and none of it assumes a tech background.
The major AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) plus whatever you already use to run your business. Part of the work is figuring out which tools are worth your time and which aren't.

No. Most attendees are entrepreneurs, but professionals and leaders are welcome. If you want to build real AI skills, you fit.
Yes, you can bring up to five people from your team for a single session. Consider though there will be less time spent on everyone individually, but you will still learn a lot from each other.
AI won't replace what makes your business yours. Used well, it gives you back time to lean into it.
