AI adoption works best when people know how to use it in real work.
Your team may already be experimenting with AI. Some of it is useful. Some of it is inconsistent. Most of it would be stronger with clearer context, shared practices, and better judgment.
For small and mid-sized businesses, AI adoption often raises practical questions: where to start, what tools to use, what is safe to share, how to train people, and how to turn early experiments into repeatable workflows.
Ingenuity Labs helps you slow down enough to understand the work, build practical AI capability, and create simple systems your team can keep using.

AI for Organizations
Most AI adoption work begins in one of three places: helping leaders choose a clear path, educating people to use AI well, or building simple systems that make AI useful in daily work.

CLIENT STORY
An AI-powered meeting and accountability system that caught a hidden problem in week one.
theFinanceStack was relying on two people to hold too much operational knowledge. We built a meeting and accountability system inside ClickUp with structured agendas, committed actions, and preparation reminders. In the first live meeting, the team surfaced a legacy integration issue that had been quietly corrupting capacity data for months.
“I could see the number of overdue tasks shrinking and capacity beginning to reflect reality - big improvement even after week 1.”
CLIENT STORY
Helping a fast-moving creative firm turn founder knowledge into AI-ready systems.
Exploration Sites had strong tools, but the company’s working knowledge still lived in people’s heads and disconnected systems. We helped restructure their AI project context, clarify what information should connect to AI, and begin turning verbal handoffs into workflows the team could reuse.
The knowledge that runs your company lives in two people’s heads. What happens when one of them leaves?

About Rachel
Rachel Krayenhoff van de Leur brings together startup operations, AI education, workflow optimization, change management, and training to help people and teams use AI in ways that are practical, human, and genuinely useful.
Rachel has built startups from the ground up, serving as Founder, COO, accountant, operator, trainer, and everything in between. Through that work, she has seen firsthand how much time, energy, and potential can be lost inside unclear systems, repetitive workflows, and tools that do not quite support the people using them.
As the founder of Ingenuity Labs, Rachel helps organizations and entrepreneurs turn AI into a practical extension of their work. Her approach blends operational experience with accessible AI education so teams can improve workflows, strengthen communication, and create systems that bring out the authenticity, brilliance, and ingenuity of the people behind the business.
She has spoken at programs including Vancouver Island University's Spark VIU, and her mission is simple: to ignite human ingenuity through AI education.
